Centralized MTIBU Database
All issued OSCPV policies in Ukraine (including NASC ORANTA) are entered into the public MTIBU register.
How to Verify OSCPV Policy in 3 Steps
Select Search Method
On the MTIBU portal, choose check by license plate or by 10-digit policy number.
Set Verification Date
Specify the date (default is current date) to check status at accident moment.
Get Policy Status
The system displays official status: "Policy Valid", insurer name ("ORANTA"), and vehicle make.
